Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
