1.Delivery + Order Staus
Where's my order? Please allow 1–3 business days for Ground orders to process before shipping. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking email (check your email Promotions/Spam just in case). Transit times vary by destination—see our shipping page for carrier estimates in business days.
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
2.Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- To start your return, click here and follow the prompts for a return label.
- Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will notify you via email of whether the refund is approved.
- If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
3.Order Changes/Cancellations
No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
4.Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is damaged, contact us here within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll refund or reship (if stock is available).
Include your order number, clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping box/packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
Please keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.

There is no difference—they’re simply
different words for the same thing.

Natural Touch: Another name for soft-touch faux. Typically features pliable, slightly matte petals/leaves designed to look and feel closer to fresh. (Manufacturers use “Real Touch” and “Natural Touch” somewhat interchangeably.)

dyes and materials, subtle color variation or fading can naturally occur over time. Exposure to light, air, and environmental conditions may cause slight shifts in tone.
