From Nature to Fingertips

The Handmade Replication Journey of Artificial Flora.

Every bunch of vivid artificial flowers and every pot of lifelike artificial greenery begins with profound reverence for nature and precise replication. Unlike the rigid texture of mass-produced goods from assembly lines, the birth of high-quality artificial flora embodies artisans’ meticulous observation of nature and craftsmanship polishing. From material selection to final shaping, each step condenses the pursuit of "enduring natural beauty," endowing man-made flora with vitality comparable to real plants.

The first step in handmade production is in-depth collection of natural prototypes. Artisans select flowers and greenery at their prime, carefully recording the curvature of petals, the veins of leaves, the texture of branches, and even capturing the natural folds of blooming flowers and the color differences of leaves facing the sun. Through high-definition scanning and manual sketching, natural forms are accurately converted into patterns and molds, ensuring every detail conforms to the true state of real plants and eliminating "plastic-like texture" from the source.

Material selection and shaping are the core of handmade craftsmanship. Petals and leaves are mostly made of imported high-transparency simulation fabrics, which are manually cut and heat-pressed into shape by artisans to restore natural curves one by one. Branches are made of highly flexible eco-friendly materials, manually wrapped and shaped to simulate the bending posture and thickness variation of real branches. Each leaf requires manual vein drawing, and each petal needs careful angle adjustment, allowing the finished product to break away from the rigidity of assembly lines, gain the agility and layering of natural growth, and infuse the home with warm handmade temperature.
